0.1.1-history display & feedback form

In this little update I added a way of retrieving a history of all your holding sessions, in which you can see: 

• Desperation percentage
• Wetting percentage
• Water in bladder
• The time at which it was take

Also, I added a little feedback form, feel free to share your ideas and suggestions with me! 

They really help me to figure out if this tool is useful or if we need to take another direction :)
